Refund/Returns Policy

All event ticket sales are final and are NOT refundable unless in the event of cancellation. Although highly unlikely, Anthem Entertainment and the venues that host events reserve the right to cancel an event at any time. All affiliate companies, subsidiaries and business partners are not responsible for refunds, information on the website or actions at an event. Information provided on this site “as is” with no warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied.

After purchasing a ticket you will receive an e-mail that will act as a ticket unless otherwise noted. In situations involving a physical ticket you will be provided with instruction on how to obtain that ticket. Again physical tickets will NOT be mailed and in most circumstances physical tickets will NOT be issued.

Anthem Entertainment is not responsible for items damaged in transit. We package all items carefully and again we are not responsible for creases, bends and other minor damage to any package while in transit. Fragile and/or expensive merchandise (i.e., art work) will packed with extreme care.

Merchandise Returns

To initiate a return, please email your name, address, phone number, reason for exchange and payment method to Anthem Entertainment. The item will be exchanged by your original method of payment with no exceptions.

Custom made clothing items, worn or used clothing, merchandise not in its original packaging and any item that is in possession of the consumer for more than 10 days are not returnable. Clothing merchandise refunds will ONLY be accepted within 10 days of receipt if the article(s) show no signs of wear (tears, odors, stains, buttons etc.). Tickets to events that haven’t been cancelled are not refundable.

Shipping/Payment Info

We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard credit card payments through our 256-bit SSL encrypted shopping cart.

Clothing and non-ticket items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Event tickets are not shipped and must be picked up.

Tickets are sent via email after payment is received. In situations involving a physical ticket, you will be provided with instruction on how to obtain that ticket. Again, physical tickets will NOT be mailed and in most circumstances physical tickets will NOT be issued.
